About the job
You will support our sales team in looking after customers and partners – from lead generation and qualification to follow-up. You will prepare quotations and sales documents, organize internal meetings and workshops, and maintain our CRM system. As the interface between internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Position details
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Engage potential customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call targets and conversion goals.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and market trends to deliver effective sales pitches.
- Provide feedback to the management team to enhance lead quality and overall sales processes.
- Support our marketing Team
As your work progresses, additional tasks in the front desk/reception area may be added as needed by the company, such as:
- Organizing and processing travel bookings for our field staff
- Receiving and forwarding phone calls and messages to the relevant departments
- Welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly and professional manner
